"Lesser of two evils voting method?" D

Good description.

In Y2K, my presidential candidate most major party choices to vote for were:
Bush
Gore
Nader

I'm not a huge fan of AlGore, though I don't deny the unprecedented prosperity his administration brought us for most of 8 consecutive years.

In Y2K, I was so severely alarmed by what I suspected a maniac like Governor Bush would do in the White House, I voted for AlGore in desperation.

D's right.
It wasn't a vote for Gore. It was a vote vehemently against Bush.

And though I anticipated a Bush administration would be bad for the United States of America, I had not surmised it would be as bad as it actually turned out to be:

- The attacks of 09/11/01
- the wrongful invasion, destabilization, and protracted occupation of Iraq
- the worst economic downturn since the Great Depression
- lowered standing in the world
- skyrocketing deficit and debt

I suspect even Nader would have been a better President than U.S. President Bush (younger).

Thank you who.
