"April 19, 1995, for Americans to be jolted out of complacency concerning terrorists within their borders." tp

Those that don't like the murder of innocent citizens should be opposed to the genocide the government perpetrated at Mount Carmel on that date, years before (1993?).

"Genocide"?!
Yes. "Genocide".
The Branch Davidians, dismissed as a "cult" by some (we can dismiss Catholicism as a "cult" too) were exterminated on that day.
Yes. A few of the individual members survived. But that particular clan of Branch Davidians did not, even though another or others have sprung up afterward.

McVeigh undertook to avenge their deaths.
And frankly, if there were more Tim McVeigh's among us, there would probably be fewer genocides like that of the Branch Davidians; perpetrated by a ruthless, uncaring, punitive government.

And for the record:
Tim McVeigh was a United States military veteran.
Even after McVeigh's arrest for the Murrah federal building bombing, McVeigh's former commanding officer raved about him as a soldier, saying: - I wish I had an entire company of McVeigh's. -

A U.S. government paycheck is a license to kill.

~80 men, women, and children died on that day at the Branch Davidian compound at Mt. Carmel, Texas.
And who has served a day in jail, or paid a $5.oo fine for their loss?

ANYone?
