Wasn't Sgt. McVeigh honorably discharged?
Yeah, and so was Lee Oswald.  Which proves WHAT?

That original article says McVeigh was paranoid.  Why does Lance need to prove that?

Well he may be the only commando in human history that had access to guns, and had supreme proficiency with guns, and yet did NOT bring one on the only commando raid in his life.
You think so, huh?

But less than two hours later, Oklahoma state trooper Charlie Hanger arrested American Timothy James McVeigh on charges of driving without license tags and carrying a semiautomatic pistol loaded with "cop killer" bullets, which can penetrate bulletproof vests.

If McVeigh had been "packin'" that day, why didn't McVeigh just shoot the cop, and keep on driving?  I suspect McVeigh would have been the better shot. He's been praised for exceptional marksmanship.
I don't know.  Go ask the state trooper.
