Be careful of email "information", Barb. I AM a fully qualified butcher, and there is NO amalgamated-meat product that I would not spot instantly ... and you could not miss it either. It simply does NOT appear to be standard uncut beef. I have seen the stuff cooked and uncooked - and it is unmistakable.
