Look at all the people who have been displaced over the past 5 to 10 years and count them.  They may not have gone to other countries but still they are refugees.  How many U.S. citizens were displaced just this past week?  How many were displaced in Japan?  How many during the flooding along the Mississippi?  How many during Katrina?  ETC....ETC.....ETC...................  How many of these people have been able to move back into the area they lived before they were displaced?

Please go back and read the first post on this thread. This is about diplacements due to the sea level rising, which has absolutely nothing to do with anything cited in your post above.
