No, you are the one lying about the meaning of false, please stop lying;

False 2

Definition: Not faithful or loyal, as to obligations, allegiance, vows, etc.; untrue; treacherous; perfidious; as, a false friend, lover, or subject; false to promises.

If something is untrue, then it is a lie.  saying false or tripe is a polite way of telling a person they are not telling the truth.
The definition YOU posted for tripe did not say the writing had to be false in order to fit the definition. Here is what you posted:

tripe

   [trahyp] Show IPA –noun
1.
the first and second divisions of the stomach of a ruminant, especially oxen, sheep, or goats, used as food. Compare honeycomb tripe, plain tripe.
2. Slang . something, especially speech or writing, that is false or worthless; rubbish.
The important word there is OR. Something written or spoken that is NOT FALSE but is WORTHLESS fits the definition of tripe.

You keep saying tripe must be false, which is a lie.

It also allows me to say what you are writing about tripe is, for lack of a better word, tripe.

typical right wing response, trying to make a word to fit what they are saying.

Would you say that someone who made false statements for 3 years such as Casey Anthony did, is not lying?   It has been ruled in court that her false statements were lies so prove now that she didn't lie.

Here is another take on what I am saying and about half way down it talks about false statements being lies;
