Oh, I see.

THIS hedge fund manager you don't mind beating up on.

LOL. What a fucking JOKE!

Well, actually---it was a short and factual explanation of the George Soros reaction a the proposed requirement he divulge the identity of his investors and how much money they have in his hedge funds.  There was no "fucking JOKE" involved---nor indication jra is in the habit of "beating up on" hedge fund managers.  Given Soros has incredible influence within Democrat left ranks---and is the White House Socialist puppet-master---it's easy to understand why Soros apologists are reacting with such alarm at any suggestion Soros hedge funds should be required to comply with appropriate US taxes and regulations.

You forget. Some of us actually advocate hedge fund managers paying their fair share. All of them.

Everybody should pay their fair share, nor has jra given any indication he forgot or feels otherwise.  Given the governments inability to control reckless spending and borrowing---what is a "fair share" has always been a matter of vigorous debate.  For almost half of Americans, their "fair" share is $0---and the governing Socialist elitists are pounding the class envy drum as they promise the pillage of resources from the productive and transfer to the unproductive.  Ultimately, confiscation of income and assets by government fiat is more effective with a dictatorship.  Those clouds are gathering in the Obama administration---and the threatened use of the 14th Amendment

He is following the law, I presume.

It's disclosure laws and "fair share" tax Soros seeks to avoid---those are only appropriate for conservative millionaires and billionaires.  Funny how that double standard seems to work for the Democrat left---isn't it?

Some of us advocate changing those laws and having MORE oversight. You don't.

Be careful with the use of "us" or "we"---others may feel as you do---but should speak for themselves---and anonymous reference to them doesn't serve to make your point to any greater degree.  Mark Twain commented on the nosism as follows:  "Only kings, presidents, editors, and people with tapeworms have the right to use the editorial 'we'."
