Some of the things on that list need to be dumped. Why should an employer offer an employee life insurance on their family? Why should they be involved with buying a home? Or adoption? The maternity paid leave needs to be stopped also. Let her have maternity leave but why should the employer pay her during that time? The only travel perks employees should get is if the Company is sending them out of town for training or meetings. If the employees want a company picnic, let them have one. The Company doesn't need to pay for it. Let the employees pool their money and pay for it. Entertainment tickets are another thing. Let the employee buy their own damn tickets. I have to. The take your child to the office I always found irritating when I was working. It was enough to do my job without some kid running around like a fool getting into things or asking a million questions I really didn't have time to answer. Executive club memberships are like entertainment, let them pay their own way. And unless it was job related, no employer offered me legal assistance. Like I said, lots on this list need to be dumped.
