Did I say I was God? Get real whonew. I honestly think lots of this needs to be dumped and give the employees the money so they can apply it where the hell THEY want to. I don't want any Corporation deciding my every move. If the Life Insurance Company the employee gets theirs from offers dependent Life Insurance at a reduced rate, thats great but the employer doesn't need to pay into it.

I really don't like kids at work. Never have. They actually get in the way more than anything and it certainly distracts the employee. If I were their employer, I wouldn't have the kids there. I am not paying my employees to entertain their kids. Its as simple as that.

Why does an employer owe you help in getting a home? You go out and apply just like everyone else. If you have a good job and your credit is what is demanded, fine. You buy a house.

Jesus, talk about people wanting someone else to hold their hand. This list more than does that.

GIVE the EMPLOYEES that money. They can decide where to put it better than the Corporation can.

Now, I do agree with those that get inhouse day care and after school care. I think that strengthens the bond between Corporate and employee. I also think it helps for their employees to know that their kids are in good hands and they don't have to worry about replacing some babysitter or overpriced day care center.

Also, if I get pregnant, is it the Corporations fault? Why should they have to pay me for maternity leave? Allow a leave but those funds should go towards the "temps" pay to do MY job while I am out.
