I will say again, there are things on that list that I DON'T THINK are necessary and if they are given to get good people, then they are wrong. Good people work for the opportunity to gain financially and who take pride in their work. To get health insurance, life insurance, sick time and a few of those other perks should be enough. I do not think that an employer needs to provide you or anyone else assistance to adopt or legal help unless that is work related. I also do not think that they owe you a damned picnic or take your child to work day.

Any employer that offers all this stuff, great for their employees. Is it all necessary to get good people? Absolutely not. If you or anyone else on this board gets those items, great for you. Again let me say that when they decide your cost is more than your worth and let you go, don't whine about it.

I will not respond to this again.  I have answered this for the last time and if my answer isn't suitable for you, again, tough shit.
