   I happen to think my the VET I worked for knows a heck of a lot more than your "VET" because all she dealt with was CATS, DOGS and Birds.  If you actually read what I posted you would know they think there are several reasons a "DOG" eats GRASS And one of the reasons is NOT ENOUGH FIBER IN THE DOGS SYSTEM.   HENSE something lacking in their diets.  http://dogsanddogtraining.com/why-do-dogs-eat-grass/   Dogs have a pretty poorly developed sense of taste and will generally eat anything they come across.
