Bill Clinton, IMHO, was all in all a Good President.

He was far from the worst, which IMHO, was Jimmy Carter (at least the worst of the 20th Century).

The best part of him came out after the Republican take over of the Congress when he had to actually work with a Congress to get things done and a lot of good things got accomplished.

His was a complicated Presidency. As President, He did a lot that I, as a Conservative, really disliked. He did some that I really liked. But so did his successor.

You are very funny even when you don't plan on it. Carter was not the worst, far from it. He was, at best, semi-decent. The worst would be Hoover, Nixon, Reagan and Bush II.

True, Carter had the fall of the Shah on his watch (and it was far from his fault) but he also had the Camp David Accords.
