my brother, bless his heart, was what they call a booster. He would make "deals" with small time gangsters and get high priced suits and other apparell and then sell them on the street and sometimes he would steal the merchandise himself. Its nothing to be proud of for sure but he was well known here as one of the best boosters. In any event he always said that all you had to do was walk into any store and act confident, act like you knew exactly where you were going and what you were doing. He walked out of a large chain grocery store here with a huge meat slicer. no one asked him a single question. he has long since passed but he was a character in the true sense of the word. Oh the stories he could tell.

What difference does it make to the dead, the orphans and the homeless, whether the mad destruction is wrought under the name of totalitarianism or the holy name of liberty or democracy?
