Telling employers not to lock escape doors is hardly the same as telling an employer that if a man has to lift 100 lbs to qualify for a job, a woman only has to lift 75.

It is hardly the same as telling an employer that if he has a test, minorities and women get an extra 25 points automatically.

It is hardly the same as telling an employer that if he doesn't have enough women and minorities working for them, they will lose their licenses.
