Kate, I think many bring with them experiences and perspectives and emotional baggage from our real ives and parse them out in this group.  That can be a healthy activity.  It can also be a nasty experience, for some.  I try to always keep in mind that everyone in here has real lives out there that may include things that we have no knowledge of.

An ex. Chris and I bump heads at time, but I have no doubt he works in an environment where he is surrounded by people that get him fired up (I think Greg has the same thing) and he comes here and releases.  Better he do it here than cause more stress at his job, but we don't know how his day went or what some jerk at work or the coffee shop said earlier in the day.

My frustration is that their are some in here that I really consider friends and yet there are times that I have hurt them or they have hurt me and I am sure we are all confused as to how that could have happened.

For the record, if we were all in the same neighborhood (not virtually) I might still anger or frustrate you, but you could not have a better neighbor or friend.......even Fancy and Chris.
