In the Ledbetter case, the SCotUS was following the law as it was written.

Their job is NOT to re-write the laws, regardless of how bad, if the laws are Constitutional. To do otherwise would be Judicial tyranny. There is a reason the only crime that does not have a Statute of Limitations is murder.

I have agreed that trans-vaginal ultrasounds were bad law.. But you fight bad law in the courts.

One point you and I and most of the women on this board are never going to agree on is that Abortion on Demand is "right". IMHO, it is the killing of an innocent human. No, it is not a religious issue.. It is how I see it.

I have never had a problem with an abortion if it were to save the mother's life. But that is it.
