What is funny is how everyone is jumping to conclusions based on so few "facts".

Let's wait to find out what actually happened before we give him and fair trial and then string him up.

Do you really think that at this point there will be a trial, fair or otherwise?  The evidence of the truth is gone, it went out the window when there wasn't an investigation after the shooting.
I don't know what the police have as far as evidence from the scene and neither do you.

This means there is no way to answer the question you asked.

"To take from one, because it is thought his own industry and that of his fathers has acquired too much, in order to spare to others, who, or whose fathers, have not exercised equal industry and skill, is to violate arbitrarily the first principle of association, the guarantee to everyone the free exercise of his industry and the fruits acquired by it." --Thomas Jefferson
