Yeah, there's a lot of sentiment for that model.  I'm often a fan of it.

I just don't know if it works when $16 trillion in debt and have no budget.  Our politics isn't yielding direction or compromise, and there is electoral success to be had in freezing out the majority party.  We're in new territory.

I'm not as sure as I was a month ago that Romney will win.  But that was what I predicted back in March, after Rick Perry blew up.
