Because those are the records sought IN THAT ONE PARTICULAR CASE. He could not rule on the other cases because they were not before him, but I am sure that the others will be settled in accordance with established precedent. The courts have already so ruled in the Energy Task Force case, and the administration is appealing. The Abramoff case is still pending as far as I know.


I do NOT think that we are entitled to notes or minutes - that was just another overreach by the courts against Clinton, IMHO - but the vistor's logs themselves? Public records pure and simple.
