I can't come up with a single, good, non-partisan reason for Senate Democrats to shirk their budgetary duties for the last three years. 

But it doesn't seem to bother the Democrats who haunt this board in the least. They seem to think the Democrats in the Senate having to tell the American people what the budgetary priorities are by creating a budget is completely unimportant and others who note this are "quacking" partisans.
