If Jesus was truly God, then why does he separate himself from God in many verses there?

If Jesus was truly God, then why only 'reveal' himself in the resurrection to the apostles? Why not everyone?

He also states that He is equal to the Father:

John 14:9

9Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Show us the Father?

John 10

Jesus Said:

6But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you.

27My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:

28And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.

29My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.

30I and my Father are one.

31Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him.

32Jesus answered them, Many good works have I shewed you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone me?

33The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God.

They understood very clearly who He was claiming to be..

He also states that He is the only way to reach God:

John 14:6

6Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

As far as your questions:"
If Jesus was truly God, then why only 'reveal' himself in the resurrection to the apostles? Why not everyone?"
He revealed Himself to 500 people who were convinced enough that it was him that they were willing to die miserable deaths preaching that He had risen... Who is everyone? He walked the earth for 40 days after He rose and had much teaching to do.The mob just killed Him. Who else should He have shown Himself too?

1 Corinthians 15:5-8

5And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve:

6After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep.

7After that, he was seen of James; then of all the apostles.
