Not I. I am just taking what you say at face value. You were asked for a loophole the wealthy use that is unavailable to poorer folks and you said "corporate jets". 

A CEO can carry usage of that corporate jet and anyone who flys with him or her on his or her personal income.
I have no idea what this means. while the CEO may well have use of the corporate jet, most definitely for business but also perhaps for personal use, I have no idea how this CEO gets a deduction from his gross to reduce his taxes. I most certainly don't understand what "carry usage of that corporate jet ... on his personal income" means.

Can you explain how this works and what IRS forms are used to take this "carry usage"?
