There is a tax break in place for a company that was established in Dayton, Ohio in a specific year at a specific address.  It is Dayton motors and they have had that tax break for them specifically for years.  That is a loophole put in by their personal legislator.  That is a great example of a true tax loophole.  Most people confuse deductions for loopholes and it is only deductions they can't use or they don't like.  It is okay to want to eliminate them, but that doesn't make them a loophole.  Loophole are very specific and exclusive.
