I would add that transcripts be made of every interrogation and that the people being interrogated be provided a copy of the final transcript with the ability to note any discrepancies.

Preferably, i would like these transcripts to be backed up with digital or analog recordings of the interrogation and not just the notes of the interrogators.

FBI Form 302 no longer are admissible as any kind of evidence.
