Yes Jra. I think I know what you are saying ....we used to eat wholesome food which included fat. Lots of fat but like AP and Greg said we burned it off during the day .., I agree .. My friend used to bring my daughter and me lunch from a restaurant not fast food drive through food a lot and I was putting on the pounds. He was gone for three weeks no restaurant food and now I am back to cooking more and loving it. Exercising and eating more nutritious Food and I actually lost a few pounds.
