I think it is balance. Everything in balance. Then take into consideration that some bodies manufacture more cholesterol regardless of what they eat than others. I have one of those. Doesn't matter what I eat, my body will make more than it should normally. I was talking to my Pharmacist and he said he was like that also. And he said he didn't eat red meat at all and exercised daily but still his cholesterol numbers were what they consider high. Some people's bodies turns everything to sugar while others don't. DNA plays a huge role in what is going on in your body, imo.
