And funny that I know people with high cholesterol that have never smoked a day in their lives. Here again, I think the propensity is in the gene pool. I didn't mean to suggest that you were trying to tell me anything and didn't bother me. I just wanted to clarify that I know the risk, I know my family health history (as best as anyone can) and live each day for each day. There comes a time when you have to weigh your life and the balance of your life. I eat healthy 99% of the time but once in awhile (tonight is a good example) I go out and eat what I really like and cholesterol be damned. I smoke less today than I did a year ago and it depends on the day, my mood, what is going on around me, etc on how many cigs I do smoke. I am a courteous smoker and "ain't gonna do no more" than what I do. We all gotta go sometime.
