How you take blacks need to take more individual responsibility and morph it into every single defendant brought into the system is guilty and why even bother with the pretense of a trial anyway is beyond me. 

I think I need to take a break until I can understand the link between these statements which is fucking forever since there is none.

That's not the statement that's getting morphed, but the notion that abstinence can prevent one from becoming entangled in the criminal justice system.  Abstaining from criminal activity is no guaranty of not getting convicted and imprisoned.
