My guess is that the claims they make about nutrition have more to do with the feed ration the chickens get than any GMO.  As far as I know, there are carefully bred and mated chickens for egg production but I know of no GMO chickens at this time.  Unless you consider controlled mating to be a genetic modification.

As far as I can tell, they make no GMO free claim, so I would guess that the feed may contain GMO derived products.
