Which reminds me, a recent study was conducted with people who had all sorts of 'diseases'. They put them on a gorilla's diet. Fruits, veggies for some months. All ailments cured or drastically reduced. Diabetes, arthritis, High BP, heart disease. Name it it was better or cured.

It was in Time Mag. or one of those, I'll see if I can locate it on the internet.

You know Jenny, it is so strange, I don't have a taste for meat lately. I will cook steaks and my sons eat all of them. I even fixed Chicken and Rice for dinner tonight. I only wanted the rice and the salad I made. I like a little avacada in my salad so I get protein from that. This has been going on for about 6 months and believe it or not, I am not really hungry. I try to eat oatmeal but I am not crazy about it. I kinda have to force myself to eat as of late.
