I think Kaiser is moving towards more preventive care...The offer a lot of classes people can take and give a lot of tools people can use to live with whatever disease they have without meds..unless the disease is out of hand then meds are needed to contain or control.. ....and thety offer a lot of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy classes in the Psyc depart...for some that allows people to take control of whatever issue they have and are given the tools to cope...which stops them from taking meds and seeing the shrink...of course if that does not work for them they can see a shring...and get meds....but I think education is the real tool for the health care issue...
