"Astronomical? Pehaps. It seems to me that the chances were about the same as any other location that was approximately underneath where the person fired the bullet into the air.

If the bullet was falling at 200 MPH what would you say it's horizontal speed was, relative to the pane of glass and the undamaged blinds?

What do you think the bullet's speed was, immediately after penetrating the glass and before it hit the blinds?
