It may seem a tad paradoxical.
But those that condemn political conservatism condemn the U.S. Constitution, and the principles upon which the U.S. was founded.

The paradox? The Founders were not patriots. They were treasonous traitors. As Ben Franklin said: We must all hang together, or surely we will all hang separately.

Conservatism is substantially sticking with the tried and true; adhering to tradition, etc.

But like anything, it can be overdone. I prefer my car & motorcycle to a horse & buggy.
